Twinmo is operated by Modelmanagement.com S.L., Talent Garden, C. Ramon Turró 169-A, 08005 Barcelona, Spain (CIF B66936352). We are the controller responsible for your personal data.
Because Twinmo processes photos of your appearance, some information may be considered biometric or sensitive personal data. We use it only to provide the features you request and never sell your photos, face data, or personal information.
Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, securely hashed password, selfies and other images you upload, prompts, generated images, app usage, device model, operating-system and app versions, IP address, language, support messages, and transaction status.
Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe. Twinmo does not store full payment-card numbers. We do not intentionally collect location data, contacts, health data, or government identifiers.
Camera, photos & face data
Camera and photo-library access is used only for core features such as creating your twin, uploading references, and virtual try-on. Twinmo does not access your camera in the background. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
Uploaded face images are used for personalized AI image generation and fashion visualization. They are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, advertising, tracking, or to create faceprints. Face images may be shared with our AI processing provider, Fal AI, solely to generate the images you request.
Under GDPR, our basis for processing sensitive photo and face data is your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent by deleting your photos or account.
How we use information
We use information to create and maintain your account; build, operate, and improve your digital twin; generate requested photos, video, and virtual try-on results; process subscriptions; prevent abuse; provide support; maintain security; and meet legal obligations.
We do not use uploaded photos or generated likenesses to train our AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
Retention & deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. Uploaded photos and generated images are retained only as long as needed to provide Twinmo.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account to request deletion. Uploaded photos, AI-generated images, and biometric-derived data associated with a deleted account are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained by law.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; and complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may also ask what information we collect and limit use of sensitive information. Twinmo does not sell personal information.
Send a request to privacy@modelmanagement.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally 30 days under GDPR.
Security & international transfers
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually work to protect your information.
Where information is transferred internationally, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
Age restriction
Twinmo is strictly for people aged 18 and over. Do not upload images of anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has used the service, we will close the account and delete associated data.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as Twinmo evolves. For material changes—especially changes affecting photos or face data—we will provide notice and request fresh consent where required.
