Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Modelmanagement.com S.L., Talent Garden, C. Ramon Turró 169-A, 08005 Barcelona, Spain (CIF B66936352), governing your use of Twinmo’s website, mobile applications, and related services.

By using Twinmo, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Twinmo. You may not create an account for a minor or upload any image depicting a person under 18. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a minor, we may close it and delete its associated data.

Twinmo lets you create a personal AI fashion twin and generate synthetic images, videos, outfits, and visualizations. AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to content made for another user. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may set usage limits to protect the service and its users.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not create multiple free accounts or register for another person without their explicit consent.

You may use Twinmo only lawfully. You must not upload another person’s photo without explicit written consent; create non-consensual intimate imagery; create deceptive deepfakes; harass, defame, impersonate, exploit, or defraud anyone; attempt to bypass security or usage limits; or use the service in violation of intellectual-property, privacy, sanctions, or data-protection laws.

You must never upload images depicting anyone under 18.

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and other materials you upload. You grant Twinmo a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate the service and create the results you request. We do not sell your content or train our AI models with it without explicit opt-in consent.

You represent that you own your content or have all necessary permissions, every person shown is 18 or older, and every identifiable person has given written consent to AI processing. Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use the AI outputs you generate.

Some features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. Prices, billing periods, and included usage are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund rules. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the same platform used to subscribe.

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store’s rules.

The Twinmo software, interface, brand, design, and documentation belong to Modelmanagement.com S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You can close your account in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, prohibited content, non-payment, or risks to users or the service. When access ends, your right to use Twinmo ends immediately; provisions intended to survive will remain effective.

Twinmo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every output will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinmo and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total cumulative liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or €100. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your location provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. For material changes affecting data processing, AI output rights, or user obligations, we will give advance notice. Continuing to use Twinmo after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
